Product Description
General
The hot well is installed for boiler's (fuel-oil & water gas) steam condensation system of various kinds of ships as the capacity,the boiler is between 900 to 2500Kg/h.
Structural feature
With frames and common bases,this module combinesthe following components together Hot well,Boiler feed pump and the pipes and accessories which link these components.The module has features of compact structur,bring convenient to operate,etc.It has independent functions,and it's subjected to sealing and working test in production.After installation,you can operate it if only you linked the interface and the correspondingparts of steam condense system.All the outer interfaces can be fitted in with the arrangement of the cabin,and certainly be convenient to link.
Working principle
Boiler feed water unit is one part of steam condense closed-circulation system.It's functions as following:The excessive boiler steam and the condensation water produced by these steam which pass through the equipment using steam are cooed by the atmospheric condenser.They flow into hot well and are sorted in order to decide out oil and dirty.Then they are sent back toboiler by boiler feed pump incertain pressure.Thus the heat exchange of the whole system can be realized.
