In the afternoon of October 31st, the Zhenjiang shipyard signed the Zhenjiang shipyard and received 3 all round tugboat construction contracts. The 3 ship propeller tug for Sdic Communications Co tugs centralized procurement projects, pre planning, bidding, technical clarification and negotiation, finally the Zhenjiang shipyard won the bid in the fierce competition.

It is reported that Jiangsu Zhenjiang shipyard is Jiangsu's oldest shipbuilding enterprises, is China's special engineering ship main manufacturers, the manufacturing of marine salvage ships, multi-purpose full back transfer passenger ferries, offshore platform supply ship, harbour icebreakers and other special vessels, has created 27 "China first", is the first in the country, second of the world's rotary ship manufacturers, products are sold to more than 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in Asia, Europe, America and other more than 20 countries and regions.
Sdic Communications Co was founded in 1995, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of State Development Investment Corp, mainly for ports, railways, Luqiao, shipping and other transportation related infrastructure projects, holding, equity participation, investment management. Sdic Communications Co signed a contract with the Zhenjiang shipyard tug procurements, the Sdic Communications Co according to the State Council, the SASAC and the national investment company, for the first time in the construction sector in the implementation of centralized procurement of ships, it will promote the central enterprises to enhance the management, lowering the efficiency, ensuring growth has obvious function of demonstration and guidance.
